Magic takes title in 2010 37-31

Magic are the Champions of 2010 and Coach Cherry and crew played a great game.  The Hawks down 21-9 at the half came storming back and got within 2 pts with one minute left but could not overcome the powerful first half of  the Magic.  Garrison Cherry played a great game and John Womack put up 4 huge points to deliver a win for the team..........Hawks played magnificent down the stretch and needed one more quarter..but....there are 4 quarters in basketball...so,......Magic wins....

Congrats to all the kids..all of them got better and it was a great one..>Commish of our leage--Weyman Prater ..Thanks for you hard work....good year... 

I will add the Master of Ceremonies for the awardswas a powerful speech and whoever lined up that person did a good job...

Got any bats for sale? what size? please post with contact info

if anyone has bats that are getting too small and laying around in the garage, please speak up and leave posts here with what you have..many would love the opportunity to buy some of the bats you might have (I am sure there are hundreds not being used)... 

Vestavia wrestling club is taking 99 to State Tournament this weekend!

The Vestavia Team is taking 99 of our Bantam, Intermediate, Novice and School Boy wrestlers to the State Tournament this weekend at Hoover High School.  It will be hard to take that State Championship trophy away from Alabama Wrestling Club, but we're sure going to try.

The boys have been working hard and are ready!

Hawks and Magic make it to the Finals this Saturday

11:00 at West  Gyim ....Last game of the season and it will be a good one...

Hawks take down the Celtics and stopped their undefeated run since 2008-2009 season...Luke Couch and the team played magnificent and the Magic hung on a late run against the Pistons in a close battle.

Congrats to a great season of basketball this year.  We have a special group of kids and parents and hopefully the competition and passion remains...Good stuff...

RUMOR MILL--on this season

Schedules could be out this week....Talk is possible that we have a few exhibition games and play 12 regular season games (official ones ) starting after Spring Break.  This would give every team a few games to get a feel of pitching, stealing and a bit more REAL Baseball.......Rumors..and not official..
