Jake Haston reporting:
This was a fierce game between two quality teams coached by Bishop and Prater. Joseph Harper and David Spain pitched for Prater. David had a good start getting Dazzio, Haston, and Bishop in the first inning. Both David & Joseph did their best to stop the Bishop offense but it wasn’t enough. Offensive highlights included a stand-up inside the park home run hit by Cooper Bishop scoring himself and Haston. For Bishop, pitching was in the hands of Nathan Cicero, who pitched fantastic. James Hancock came in next to pitch and did a great job. In the last inning, Prater tried to rally with a bomb by Jalen Henderson which scored a runner. Both teams gave it a good effort but at the end Bishop came out on top in this contest. The final score 14-4 Bishop.
