From the Coach:
Way to go Diamondbacks. After losing two straight, the D'Backs came back to win their last regular season game against the Red Sox 12 to 1. What a great defensive effort. Special play by Caleb and Weyman who both played hurt in the game. Weyman has recently broken his arm and played with a cast at first base. And Caleb had stepped on a hot cole earlier in the day and had a very sore foot throughout the game. That means the D'Backs won 7 of their last 10 games. We're still hot and have a chance to make some noise in the playoffs. Our first game is Monday night against the Orioles. We lost to them earlier in the season 19 to 18 in a very closely fought battle. Both teams are 7 and 8 on the year. Whoever wins gets the chance to play the once defeated Bulls on Tuesday night. Let's start another run all the way the championship D'Backs.
NEXT GAME: Monday 7:15 on Kelly. Batting practice starts at 6:30.
