The first round of the playoffs proved to be very exciting.  The 8th ranked Braves put it all on the line and brought home a big win against the #1 ranked Twins!   Eston Hall was on fire pitching and the Twins had a hard time hitting the ball.  Ben Tuggle came in to finish it off and the Braves kept the Twins to one run.

Final Score:  Braves 6  Twins 1

The second game of the night featured the #5 ranked Cardinals playing the #4 ranked Dodgers.   The Cardinals were in it to win it.  Luke Couch pitched like a pro and the Weyman Prater came in to finish it off.  Thomas Anderson hit a deep ball to left field as well as several other good hits from the Cards.  Nate Nailen and Jonathan Hand pitched great, but the Cardinals found a way to put up 9 points on the board.  Cardinal defense played tight, and even thought Nailen,Hand, Bosworth and other Dodgers had some great hits, they couldn't bring them home.

Final Score:  Cardinals 9  Dodgers 1
